The Aeropress is one of the weirdest and wildest ways to brew a cup of coffee. If you show it to a person new to coffee, you may get some strange looks, but it truly is one of the best ways to produce a wonderfully consistent cup.
In this video, Maud gives you the recipe the Kaldi's Coffee team tested and tweaked to give you a clean, sweet cup. This is primarily done with a finer grind, a longer contact time (the whole brew takes about 4 minutes), and a slow press at the end. We find that it delivers a cup with solid clarity and great body, all with the Aeropress's unique knack for easy clean ups.
*Quick note: We accidentally cut out the portion that says what grind size to use. For this recipe, we recommend a medium-fine grind size.
