Settings used in this video:
1) Guitar: TSE 808, Nick Crow 8505, LeCab2
Rhythm (Left): Panned 80% or hard left. Use this guitar to play main rhythm.
Rhythm (Right): Panned 80% or hard right. Use this guitar to play main rhythm and rhythm harmonies.
Lead (Left): Panned 20% or 40% left. Use this guitar to play main lead.
Lead (Right): Panned 20% or 40% right. Use this guitar to play main lead and lead harmonies.
These are not hard rule, sometimes I use left guitars to harmonize right guitars.
Use delay in LeCab2 with care, I usually don't use them to prevent muddy sound in fast-paced sections.

Reverb for lead (I think it's overdone in this video), one equalizer for each instrument, compressor for drum and master channel (mix with your ears, don't have to do everything listed here, things should already sound pretty good without mixing usually).
