Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta Recipe
Cheesy and creamy shrimp alfredo pasta, so tasty and delicious!
½ lb fettuccine pasta (226g)
1 lb shrimp (8 jumbo shrimps)
¼ tsp salt and pepper
¼ tsp cayenne
Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce:
1½ cups heavy cream (355 mL)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (90g)
4 garlic cloves crushed
½ onion diced
2 Tbsp butter
3 cup baby spinach (100g) sneaky spinach adds freshness, nutrition, and Popeyes power 💪
¼ cup pasta water (59mL) helps the sauce from being too thick and makes the overall dish alot more light and creamy
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp nutmeg (this little bit brings a lot of extra tasty flavor!)
grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for garnish
