Technical Mount Escape Variant Hip Escape
In this video I show an application of a very common escape during the transition to mount. For some of the beginners it's difficult to understand how it would apply in a dynamic rolling situation so I show first the skill building and then the application in a live scenerio.
I understand this is a little longer than some of my other videos but I think it has value. I also left some of the authentic teaching moments in this video to show that we have a really good time while learning at my academy.
