Murder of Lynn Priestley

PLEASE SHARE: On the evening of Friday March 16th 1990, 34-year-old Lynn Priestley, Assistant Director of the Charleston (WV) Urban Renewal Authority(C.U.R.A.), was out enjoying the evening with friends. Around 10pm she met up with several acquaintances at Bennigan's Tavern in the Charleston Town Center mall and at around 11pm, along with her "Boyfriend" Thomas White, made her way to the Tidewater Grill, also located in the Charleston Town Center.
At some point during the evening Priestley and White had a very vocal disagreement over something. The two remained at the Tidewater until sometime around Midnight. Priestley made verbal plans to later meet up again with her friends at Spanky's Bar, about 3 blocks away.
Lynn Priestley never made it to Spanky's Bar. Around 12:30am a security guard and bailiff at the nearby Judicial Annex observed a woman, thought be Priestley, hurrying east along Quarrier St. following a vocal confrontation with a male in the Annex parking lot.
5 days later, Priestley's nude body was found along the Southern bank of the Kanawha River near the small community of Chesapeake, roughly 10 miles to the East. Authorities later determined that Priestley had been dead since the very early hours of March 21st 1990. Cause of death was determined to be manual strangulation.
Today, the identity of Priestley's killer or killers remains a mystery.
