In this video, I discuss what is going on to address the damage resulting from an overtopping failure of a hydroelectric dam in Minnesota 95 miles southwest of the Minneapolis area. I also discuss what is happening with the bridge immediately upstream of the dam that had foundations damaged from this flood event due to channel scour around the pier.
