Gopher2600 - experimental "paint" tool
This experimental "paint" tool in Gopher2600 allows you to recolour a ROM interactively.
In the video, I am seen changing the colours of various elements of Real Sports Boxing. To prove that the changes are persistent I save the ROM to a new file and load it into Stella.
A practical use of this might be the recolouring of NTSC ROMs for PAL-60
