As per its method of operation, the government, with yet another sudden decision, has wiped out the last remaining remnants of invoice discounts and credit transfers for the Superbonus and all the minor bonuses involved.
With Legislative Decree No. 39 of March 29, 2024, the Government put a STOP to credit transfers and invoice discounts, as well as making it more complicated and restrictive to clear the enormous tax credits still in contractors' tax drawers.
In this video, together with Dr. Ivan Giordano, we explain the implications of this latest government move, as well as the new and more complicated consequences for businesses, contractors, and clients, including many condominiums.
