There will be nights when you lay your head on the pillow and you shed a tear because you had to see the worst in humanity during your shift. It's okay to be proud, it's okay to laugh, and it's okay to cry,” said Assistant Chief Nick Konves.
After 31 weeks of training, the 147th Recruit Class of the ColumbusDivision of Police is ready to serve. From day one, they’ve prepared to be more than officers – they’ve prepared to be mentors, protectors, and compassionate leaders in every neighborhood they serve.
