Designing a Custom Youtube Endscreen Video Clip
In this video, I design a custom Youtube endscreen video clip. Basically, it is just a good picture of me that can accompany links to subscribe to me, and links to other videos on my channel. Note that since making this, I later decided I would abandon this approach and just stick with slapping endscreen elements at the end of videos just overlapping the end of the video indiscriminately with no formal endscreen portion of the video. This because you NEVER KNOW when YouTube will take away endscreens like they did with annotations. They are always changing policies and if you create a endscreen clip that is hard rendered into your video, it may not look good in the future with future updates, changes, etc to how YouTube handles endscreens. It may not update correctly or even be visually incompatible with future endscreen installments ten years from now! So to play it safe, I will not be using the endscreen clip I created in this video. I am however still leaving this up to help those who do wish to create this sort of clip for their videos. I know many YouTubers use clips like this. I copied my clip design off Tom Bilyeu who is a top youtuber with a great design team.
