How to solve wheel shake on a 1999 Subaru Legacy.
When I jacked up the front driver's side of my 1999 Subaru Legacy, the wheel has a slight jiggle shake when moving left to right. Noticed that when I put my hands at the 9 o'clock 3 o'clock position and shook it while other side did not have that movement. I realized that outer tie rod had gone bad even though rubber boot not cracked open. Bad outer tie rod would prevent good front wheel alignment.
