Rear axle removal on a BMW 325 e30
I was hearing a knocking noise on my 1987 BMW 325 e30 in the lower back area. At first I thought it was the muffler tapping against the body but after sometime realized it must be the passenger side rear axle as axle moves easily when gripping and moving it in and out. I changed it and no more knocking noise.
