How to eliminate steering wheel squeaks on a BMW e30
There was an annoying steering wheel squeak on my 1988 BMW 325ix e30 when I turn the steering wheel. We solved it by changing the steering wheel bearing to a new one. We also sprayed PB Blaster (WD40 would have worked well to) inside the assembly and wiped it down and the combination completely quieted the steering. No more squeaks!
