250ml nước (1 cup water)

Thạch dừa hoa đậu biếc (Butterfly pea flower coconut jelly):
1/2 thìa cà phê bột rau câu (1/2 tsp agar-agar powder)
25g đường (25g sugar)
6 bông hoa đậu biếc khô (6 dried butterfly pea flowers)
100ml nước nóng (100ml hot water)
220ml nước dừa (220ml coconut water)
30ml nước cốt dừa (30ml coconut milk)
Thạch cam cà rốt (Orange carrot jelly):
1/2 thìa cà phê bột rau câu (1/2 tsp agar-agar powder)
25g đường (25g sugar)
3 quả cam (3 oranges)
1 củ cà rốt nhỏ (1 small carrot)
100ml nước (100ml water)
Sữa dừa (Coconut milk drink):
40g sữa đặc (40g condensed milk)
5g đường (5g sugar)
400ml sữa không đường (400ml milk)
100ml nước cốt dừa (100ml coconut milk)
1/4 thìa cà phê muối hồng (1/4 tsp Himalayan salt)
