This talk, by ONDRI co-lead Dr. Mario Masellis, was given at the Canadian Open Parkinson Network (C-OPN) General Assembly, on October 17, 2022.
Dr. Masellis describes the complex disease processes and phenotypes associated with neurodegenerative and cerebrovascular diseases. Included is a review of mixed diseases and co-morbidities seen in the late onset dementia and Parkinson's disease populations.
The ONDRI Study's work in this area is summarized, along with a review of key publications, objectives and next steps of the research.
