SCHOOLED UP Offshore on the Chowan River!
The bass were STACKED offshore and feeding — and I got into them with a mix of topwater, jig, and crankbait bites. This trip was all about finding the right schools away from the bank and making the perfect cast.
From early morning Evergreen SB 105 blowups to dragging a Dirty Jig and burning a KVD 1.5 Squarebill, the fish couldn’t resist. The Chowan River delivered in a big way!
