I Cloned The Worlds Most Valuable Beer
Heineken is worth 45 billion dollars as a company, and I made their beer for only a few bucks. Did I discover their top-secret A-yeast... No, but it was all about the friends I made along the way.
I used a Pilsner base malt, and a secondary malt for head retention.
The hops I used were a blend of Pride of Ringwood and Hallertau.
