Amber Ales are packed full of flavour and aroma. They are a great beer to try and craft yourself as you can experiment and know there's always a safety net of flavour.

For My Amber Ale I used
2kg Pale Malt Barley
800g Light Crystal Malt
200g Dark Crystal Malt
10L of water for Mash
2L of water for sparge
20g of East Kent Goldings at the start of boil
15g 5 days after fermentation for dry hopping
44g of brown sugar for secondary fermentation

Have fun brewing and I hope your beer tastes as good as mine.
