Salade Russe (Russian Salad)
Ingredients:
3 Large beets
4 potatoes
3-4 carrots
¼ cup sweet green peas
½ white onion diced
¼ cup celery diced
½ red bell pepper diced
¼ cup green onion/scallions chopped
4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1tablepsoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
