Ingredients:
• 1 large ball of unrefined cocoa or
⅓ cup Hershey’s Cocoa 100% Cacao Natural Unsweetened
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks
• 2 to 3 Star Anise
• 2 cans evaporated milk
• 4 cups water
• 1 tbsp. butter (optional)
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch (optional)
• 1 tsp. grated lime zest (optional)
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. nutmeg
