Sonic Team, fortunately, had in their disorganized archives an iteration of the final boss theme from a later build relative to the preponderance of the available recordings that wound up in Sonic Origins (Plus). In all earnestness, the Cube Corporation tracks in the 11-03-93 build consistently sounded closer to a finalized state compared to the Universal Sound Bank one, reflected here in this hypothetical earlier version. It wouldn't be improbable to presume that the Cube Corporation tracks followed this trend in Sonic 3 versions predating the 11-03-93 one.
