I apologize for the re-upload. Out of all the Sonic Advance remixes to date, this one has the most normalization, a term that describes uniform volume throughout the mix — this is currently more relevant since the deleted version was met with valid criticism. Ensuring that none of the patches caused audio clipping was infuriating despite having volume meters to reference. My experience of having to detect elements that caused the track to surpass 0.0 dB involved continuous trial and error; adjusting the ASDR settings of pulse waves and differentiating the note velocities were some of the crucial steps of the mixing process. I hope the loudness and suitable instrumentation that remained strictly within Maeda's (and not Minobe's) arsenal enthrall you.
