In our first lunch and learn of the new year, we will look back on 2021 while also looking forward into 2022. 2021 was a rollercoaster for both our industry and the world. As the pandemic continued and morphed, we dealt with always changing restrictions and traveler opinions. On the other hand, however, many innkeepers experienced their best summer and fall they have ever had. bnbfinder has risen to the top of Google search results and improved the gift card platform in time for the busy holiday season. During our meeting, we will discuss some of the key takeaways from this past year and what we have learned.
