This beautifully decorated, chic and sophisticated town house is walking distance to many of Austin's favorite spots. The views from the third floor rooftop patio are unbeatable, and can't be missed! The Primary Loft bedroom features a private patio and a bathroom with a steam shower and luxury finishes. The main level of this home features a spacious and modern living area with open floor plan to the kitchen and patios. There is a zen back patio with a water feature and a few seating areas from which to enjoy a peaceful moment. There is a private office to be used as a workspace or a sleeping area. This house is a perfect home base for any guest group to enjoy the best the Live Music Capital of the World has to offer! This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. 30+ night min.
