Calculating Future Growth Rate of Stocks
Growth can be approached qualitatively or quantitatively. I prefer a qualitative approach, I think it's a bit too difficult to pick specific growth rates for companies, so instead I look at a qualitative approach. This divides companies / stocks into:
No growers: less than 2% growth rate
Average growers: 2-7% growth rate
Fast Growers: 7%+ growth rate
Its quite difficult to be more precise than that.
