Week 1 Routine: 3 Rounds Of Each (Do every exercise Back to 1-5 then take a 45-60sec break)
1. Up & Out Jacks (30 seconds)
2. Seated Twists to Figure 8 (30 seconds)
3. Pullover Leg Raise (12 reps)
4. Plank Dumbbell Push (30 seconds)
5. Scissors (30 seconds)
