Vikramshila follows a hybrid model for all its programs which operate at the two levels:
a. Field level interventions- At the field level, we directly work with frontline workers and setting up
scalable model centres (keeping model centres around training venues) which helps us to improve
on our overall program design and dissemination of the project learning for state level initiatives.
b. State level advocacy: Our field level learnings help us strategize and inform decisions at the state
level. This helps us to strengthen the scalable ideas at the field level in return. Our models (learning
sites) are generally part of the scaling up strategies.
