Power BI Video 1: Introduction & Getting Data
In this video, which is the first in an introductory series, we will first learn how to download Microsoft Office (freely available to all UNB students, faculty and staff) in order to gain access to Power BI desktop. We will then get a sense of the Power BI environment and some of its features/views, many of which we cover in more depth in later videos. Finally, we will learn how to ingest data from a Microsoft Excel file into Power BI which will set us up nicely for the next video in this series where we will start working with the data in Power BI.
