USF4 Ibuki (nmi_sultan) vs Hakan (Thin-Blood)
This dudes random ultras... I still have no clue as to how to, if possible, punish that thing, looks unpunishable to me?!
Long story short this was the only game of the evening that even remotly upsetted me, if this guy ONCE does not do a reversal Ultra, sure, but he does not.
