Tartiflette...but it's not ACTUALLY a Tartiflette
So I wanted to make a proper tartiflette today, but I couldn't get hold of the reblochon cheese needed to make it. So instead, i've created a tartiflette(ish) dish using camembert instead! It's still just as good though!

To make my tartiflette you will need:
►250g of reblochon or camembert cheese
►750g of new potatoes (use a waxy variety like charlotte)
►4 rashers of thick cut smoked bacon
►2 med sized onions
►150ml of white wine
►A few sprigs of fresh thyme
►Salt & pepper
►A knob of butter
►Oil for frying
Serve with bread and pickles or maybe a side salad
