So today I managed to get a hold of some lithium metal from an old battery. I test it with
water and of course burn it to see that beautiful red flame glow! Just a word of warning,
this is one of those videos you should NOT try at home due to many hazards such as the
hydrogen gas given off or you know, the CRAZINESS OF ALKALI METALS!! :P With all jokes
aside, Lithium Metal is a great element and has many practical uses in life such as lithium
batteries and welll....experimenting.
