Battlefield 3: Squad Deathmatch
I was joining a random squad deathmatch server and after a devastating first round (not included in the video), the squads changed and my squad won the next few rounds (although its members changed each time).
Although squad deathmatch is one of the more tactical and team / squad based game modes, it worked really well without communication.
