"WE GOT NO TIME FOR BAD BEER" - Scorched Roggenbier Fail + Dump
Batch #5 of 2022 started off with alot of promise. I set out to brew for the first time a Roggenbier. A new to me style that is hard to find commercially. I suspected that I scorched my wort during brew day but decided to ferment it out anyway. As you might have guessed by the title of this video, it did not get better and had to be dumped.
