CHEW - Live From Midtopia
CHEW stopped by our studio and treated us to a kaleidoscopic sound journey. Gritty guitar riffs and synth waves meld with unconventional beats, while the bass provides a fluid backbone that keeps the rhythm grounded. During their Live from Midtopia set, the genre-pushing Atlanta-based psych band took us on three distinct trips with their tracks "Need You Dream You", "Sunshine", and "Flesh." CHEW’s sound is winding and often unpredictable, veering between spaced-out jams and hard-hitting grooves, making each track feel like a self-contained odyssey.
