Joan Hackett spanked - BONANZA (1965)
In this retelling of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew, Joan Hackett plays a temperamental senorita waiting to be married whose stroppy manner finally causes Pernell Roberts to teach her a lesson in this clip from the Bonanza episode "Woman of Fire" from 1965. After one too many strops, he tucks her under his arm so she cannot fight back and promptly spanks her in a bid to show her would be husband how to deal with a spoilt spouse. Joan is so stunned by this that she is speechless and is left to go upstairs to her room to contemplate her behaviour - and her chastisement.
