My patient Tom has just had Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery for a Rotator cuff tear: 35x 20mm supraspinatus repair, including a bursectomy, acromioplasty, labral debridement and a bicep tenodesis.

He is Day 4 post-operative and doing well - here is a snapshot of where he is at and what mobility exercises he is doing for week 1 and 2.

1. Elbow Flexion / Extension
2. Passive-Assisted External Rotation ROM
3. Flexion Cradle
4. Horizontal Cradle
5. Passive Assisted Abduction (Week 2)
