Rotator Cuff Repair Surgery - Day 17 Post-operative
We are back with Tom who is now Day 17 post-operative following an Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery for a Rotator cuff tear.
He has progressed in movement and a few exercises - really important this week to really focus on each exercise and make sure things are slow and controlled.
1. Passive-Assisted External Rotation ROM
2. Passive-Assisted Flexion ROM
3. Passive-Assisted Flexion-External Rotation ROM
4. 1 Arm Skydive
5. 1 Arm Ball Balance
