How to Steam Eggs for Easy Peeling
I made this video about steaming eggs instead of hard-boiling them based on the Food Hacks Daily article listed below. I've always had a hard time peeling the eggs that I hard-boil, but now that I've discovered steamed eggs, I'm never going back. It doesn't take as much water, saves time, and really makes the eggshells slide right off.
