GYM VLOG || WORKOUT W/ ME || HOTWORX || CYCLING,ROWING,PILATES IN 125 DEGREE SAUNA || HALLE E SMITH
THANKS FOR TUNING IN! Half way through the workout my camera died so the quality is from my IPHONE but, still got the workout done and still sweated my butt off! hope you enjoyed, it's harder than it looks!
Hotworx is an amazing infrared sauna where you workout more in less time, it has so many great classes you can follow through an instructor so i thought I'd share!
Always do whats best for you and hope this brought you some motivation
