Occult WW2 Theory: Letter to a Friend
Before departing, the race of extraterrestrial beings who genetically (re)created humankind made preperations to set the stage for their return. A key component of this plan was to empower certain elements of humankind by interbreeding with them, thus making them more viable than the rest of the species, and making them sensitive to the needs of the Ets via genetic similarity.
One group of these enhanced beings was given strict rules of behavior, masked as a religion, whose true utilitarian purpose was to project across the centuries an earthly host for the returning Ets.
Others illuminated by the ET influence rose to influence earthly matters from behind the scenes.
Consciously or not, the enhanced beings ultimately serve the interests of the Ets to whom they are genetically linked.
One of the illuminated ones, who happened to be a former Confederate General, channeled from ET sources a plan involving three world wars, with which to set the stage for the long anticipated return.
Inherent in the second stage of this plan was the goal of returning the hosts to the landing zone. Thus, the illuminated ones contrived worldly affairs to accomplish this goal.
Perhaps the result of the third stage will be to identify, assemble and destroy the opponents of the new ET contingency whose age, Aquarius, is soon to begin---A plowing under of the old fields, so to speak.

If this is so, then the common citizens of the nation blamed for the second stage are victims even as are the large number of the host element that was lost, thought to a lesser degree. but what point is there to assigning blame in a seemingly amoral universe?
After all, the incoming ET contingency is one animated by the theme of EMPOWERMENT, as opposed to the theme of OPPRESSION of the outgoing contingency.
