Just Turn and Run // Short Film
A short film about the many pressures of life and a man being forced to escape the people and things who discourage him.
This project originally began as a music video, but as it did not fit the artists' vision for the song it was turned into a more abstract short film, with certain elements being taken out. It can be a refreshing experience to rework something from one format to another.
The title is a reference to the line "I can't help the feeling, I could blow through the ceiling, if I just turn and run" from Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead. The film and the song share a common theme of consumerism and being stuck in an unwanted life.
