Recipe for: Onion Stew with Pork. Homemade Recipe for Connoisseurs!

Necessary products:

8 medium onions, thinly sliced
600 g pork neck, cut into cubes
1 large tomato, peeled and finely chopped
½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
100 ml. White wine
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste
Black pepper grains
Spice
Bay leaf
Oil

Method of preparation:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork until golden.
Add the white wine and about 300 ml. water.
Simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the liquid has almost evaporated.
Add the chopped onion, salted and lightly crushed, and simmer covered for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomato, parsley, garlic, sugar, red pepper, black pepper, salt (but try because we added salt to the onion as well), allspice, bay leaf and about 300 ml more. water.
Cover the pot and let the stew simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes, or until all the liquid has evaporated and the dish remains fat.
Serve warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
