Penny Irving's Bird of Paradise is none too pleased when the girls are told to leave the room when Kenneth Williams and his police think they have captured the notorious highwayman Big Dick and tell him to strip. Still reluctant, she is given a 'helping hand' out by Bow Street Runner Kenneth Connor.
