Easy 3 ingredient vegan snack.
1. Chick peas
2. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO) or Avocado Oil
3. Salt/Seasonings
Preheat at 400 degrees. Drain chick peas, put on a cookie sheet, drizzle with EVO, sprinkle with whatever seasoning you like. Place in the oven for 25-30 mins or until crispy. Let cool on the cookie sheet. Munch away!
