Today topic: As we are working from home now we may not be quite as active as we used to be, so I thought today, we would do a little chair yoga. Perhaps something we can do at our desks, or for those who can’t get on the floor and do a yoga class. We’ll go through a few things you can do to help relieve some stress and some stiff muscles!
I think it’s more important now than ever, to practice social distancing but not lose social connections. I personally have a tendency to get wrapped up in work and forget to take breaks.
