Did God create us to fear?
Did God create us to fear? When we look to the Word, specifically in 2 Timothy 1:7, we read, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." Clearly, this verse tells us that God did not give us a spirit of fear. Instead, He gave us a spirit of power. The devil wants us to fear, to doubt, and to fall away. But God does not. God wants us to be strong and to resist the wiles of the devil.
