Dear students, I hope you can find some inspiration in this Andrew Huberman inspired morning routine for early school days. It doesn't have to be a 5AM routine but taking time for our (mental) health is vital for you & your studies. These protocols have helped me so much over the years. I hope implementing them in your routine can help you as well. I highly recommend listening to The Huberman Lab podcast, it's unbelievable that this content is free and I forever thank this professor, his team and all the guests for changing my life in so many ways.
