"Gorgias" by Plato | Book Discourse
Oratory is the art of persuasion, except that Socrates doesn't think oratory is an art, nor a skill, for that matter. According to Plato, orators focus merely on persuasion, paying little to no mind on morality. We see this today in influencer culture. Let's discuss.
