PLC-Controlled PCB Potting System
This is a PLC-controlled PCB potting system. Such components as dispenser, actuating arm and sensor of the potting system are connected to the PLC I/O module. Through PLC programming (using sequential function chart and ladder diagram), the potting system is able to dispense potting material onto the PCB, cure it with UV light, inspect it with the smart camera and decide if the potting is a success or a failure.
