Injury and Return to Work Planning
The Injury module enables an organization to communicate with internal business functions in an efficient, effective and integrated manner; from the recording of injury details to the management of claims. It allows users to create/add employee specific injury data based on industry standards. All injury details can be categorized on distinct types, nature and mechanism of injuries. Medical Certificates and time lost details can also be captured while reporting an injury. OSHA, Lost Time Injury (LTI) and organization specific reports can be easily generated.
